The Agent Pool and Netopia iCafe announce their “Jobtopia” program to make job seeking faster and more affordable for Job Seekers nationwide.  Job Seekers can now go to any Netopia iCafe and take   “The Agent Pool’s Employment Aptitude Test (EAT)” for free, and will not be charged for their internet usage.  The EAT was designed and written by Filipino recruitment and training professionals with multi-industry experience.  When applicants take the EAT they will be instantly matched with jobs they       pre-qualify for based upon the pre-requisites associated with each employer and job.  The Agent Pool’s proprietary technology matches job applicants with employers and jobs with a more than 30-point check list.  The result of this comprehensive matching is job seekers being instantly matched with jobs they prequalify for.  Applicants no longer need to waste time pursuing jobs that are not right for them, and will be fit with the right jobs sooner.  The Agent Pool also features one button applications, SMS alerts and interview scheduling, certificates for test takers, and a learning management system.  The system also allows employers to pinpoint applicants immediately based on their EAT scores, locations willing to work, professional experience, educational attainment, languages spoke, and many other criteria.
